Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FlowQueue ("FlowQueue", "we", "us"), operated by Omen IT
Solutions, handles information in connection with the FlowQueue browser extension and the
website at flowqueue.pro (together, the "Service"). Questions? Email
support@flowqueue.pro.
The short version
- The extension automates the Google Flow web app inside your own browser.
Your prompts, uploaded stills, and generated images are handled locally between your browser
and your Google Flow account. We never receive, store, or transmit that content.
- The only personal information we hold is what's needed to sell and validate a license:
your email address and a license key.
- We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising or tracking cookies.
Information we collect
- Email address — collected at checkout (by our payment processor) to deliver
your license key, provide support, and, if you opt in, send occasional product updates.
- Payment information — card details are entered directly with our payment
processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
- License data — your license key, plan, subscription status, and the Stripe
customer/subscription identifiers associated with your purchase.
- License validation data — when the extension checks that a license is active,
it sends the license key and a randomly generated install ID (a device identifier that
is not linked to your identity) so we can detect abnormal key sharing. We record the timestamp
of these checks.
We do not collect your prompts, generated images or videos, Google account,
browsing history, or the contents of the pages you visit.
How we use information
- To deliver, validate, and support your license.
- To process payments, renewals, and cancellations, and to send transactional messages
(license key, receipts, cancellation notices).
- With your consent, to send product updates and tips. You can withdraw consent at any time
via the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us.
- To detect fraud or abuse (for example, a single key being used across many devices).
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Twilio SendGrid — sending transactional and (opt-in) product emails.
- Cloudflare — hosting, the license database, and email routing.
The extension interacts with Google Flow (labs.google) in your browser; FlowQueue is not
affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Retention
We keep license and purchase records for as long as your license is active and as required for
legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Validation logs are retained only as long as needed to
detect abuse. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to
access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain
processing. To exercise any of these rights, email
support@flowqueue.pro. We will not discriminate
against you for exercising them.
Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our payment processor and the Stripe
billing portal may set cookies that are strictly necessary to complete a transaction.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal
information.
International users
We operate from the United States, and information we process may be stored and processed there
or in other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last
updated" date above.
