These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowQueue browser extension and the website at flowqueue.pro (together, the "Service"), operated by Omen IT Solutions ("FlowQueue", "we", "us"). By installing the extension or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FlowQueue is a browser extension that helps you queue and automate prompt generation in the Google Flow web app. It runs in your browser and acts on your own Google Flow account. FlowQueue is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Your use of Google Flow is governed by Google's own terms. Automated or bulk interaction with Google Flow may be restricted by those terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of FlowQueue complies with Google's terms and any other applicable rules, and you assume the risk that automated use could result in rate-limiting, suspension, or other action on your Google account. FlowQueue is provided as a tool; how you use it is your responsibility.
The extension's core queue is free. "Pro" features (unlimited batch size, 2K/4K upscale download, and Animation mode) require a paid license. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pro features on your own devices. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or publicly distribute your license key.
If you are not satisfied, contact support@flowqueue.pro within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund of that purchase. Renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel before a renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds are at our reasonable discretion for suspected abuse.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or generate content that is illegal or that Google Flow prohibits. You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the license system, or attempt to use Pro features without a valid license.
Because Google Flow changes over time, parts of the extension may stop working until updated. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it working but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that it will comply with the terms of any third-party platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWQUEUE AND OMEN IT SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR ACCOUNT ACCESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms (including sharing or reselling a key). You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
